Description

Practice identifying emotions using visuals!

Social/emotional learning requires students to identify emotions and put them into context. In this product, students will practice matching an emotion word with a person displaying the emotion, answer yes/no question about what emotion a person is displaying, and read a scenario and determine what emotion they would feel from a field of 2 choices.

Color and black/white visuals are included!

Who would benefit from this product:

  • Students with a need for emotional regulation support.
  • Students in special education with delays in the area of social/emotional.
  • Early elementary students who are beginning to work on identifying emotions.
  • Everyone!!!

How to use this product:

  • Laminate flashcards, add Velcro to flashcards that pair emotion word with visual, and place in task boxes for independent work.
  • Laminate flash cards and place in task boxes with dry erase markers for independent work.
  • Use as progress monitors for goals on identifying emotions.
