Description
This game is intended to help students identify their emotions! Play using a standard uno deck. When playing a card, the player must name an emotion in that category! For reference, it can help to have a mood meter or something similar on hand. With the mood meter, emotions are categorized into four quadrants. The x-axis (left to right) is negative to positive, and the y-axis (bottom to top) is low energy to high energy. So the bottom left quadrant, or blue, is low energy, negative emotions (sad, down, lonely), and the top left, or red, is high energy, negative emotions (enraged, anxious, angry, frustrated). Green, or the bottom right, is low energy positive emotions (happy, content, peaceful). The top right quadrant is yellow and includes high-energy positive emotions (excited, joyous, festive).
