Description

Need an engaging way to help your 1st graders master EnVisions Math 1st grade? These no prep lesson slides make teaching math every day fun and easy- just bring up the Topic 7 teaching slides and teach your Envisions Math 1st Grade inspired lessons.

This resource includes:

  • Daily warm-up problem to review math skills and math facts
  • A Think and Write prompt (can also be a Think and Share) to integrate writing skills and make connections between math and student learning/life experiences.
  • Instructional slides to teach the EnVisions inspired math skills and vocabulary aligned with the lesson with a step by step breakdown of skills.
  • Practice problems including basic practice and higher level word problems aligned to the topic tests (great for standardized test prep too!) By observing student responses, you can quickly assess whether students need more review or are ready for independent work.

Your students will love the interactive nature of these lessons, and you’ll love how easy they are to prep—just pull up and teach! Administrators will love how the slides integrate technology and prompt higher level thinking.

Use for teaching the lesson to your whole class or differentiate by using for small group instruction. I highly suggest using whiteboards or slates for students to solve the practice problems independently or with partners.
