QR Code activities are a fun way to integrate technology into an independent learning center. This QR Code self-check task card set contains 16 cards to practice identifying the ending digraph sounds of CH, CK, SH and TH. A recording sheet is also included.

In this activity, students will say the name of the picture on each of the numbered cards and write the ending digraph heard on the corresponding line on the recording sheet. Once the answer has been recorded, the student will scan the QR code at the bottom of the card to see if the sound was correctly identified.
