This is an interactive notebook used to supplement the Engage NY 1st Grade Math Curriculum. There is one interactive activity for each of the 13 lessons in Module 3. Each activity includes an “I Can” statement. The only materials that are needed to use this resource are a notebook and classroom supplies. These activities can be used in centers, independently, or as a whole group. I hope you and your students enjoy these lessons!

- indirect comparison in length measurement
- standard length units
- non-standard length units
- measuring in centimeters
- data interpretation
- graphs and graphing

Interactive notebooks are a great tool to get kids excited and engaged in their math lessons! These can be used as a resource for students to look back on to refer to and practice skills. They can also be used as a portfolio to view a child’s growth throughout the year. They are a great tool to use for conferences and data. Students will also have a great resource to take home with them at the end of the year!
