I absolutely love interactive notebooks! They are so engaging. I was so happy to find a eureka aligned one for my 6th graders. They enjoy some of the built in activities such as card sorts. The only thing I would add, is a self reflection piece. I have my students do that on the side of their notebook.
Fair warning: this is A LOT of cutting and pasting. I wish I had paid heed to the other reviewers who mentioned that. I am very selective about which bits I pass out to kids. Also, I often don't allow coloring at the time of creation, because we are inevitably pressed for time (if they finish early, they can use the extra time to color their NB). But the NB tracks directly with my district's mandated curriculum, so for that reason alone it was worth the investment. Also, I love watching students refer to it for assistance on classwork. Thanks.
