Hi, I’m Valeria Craig—an early childhood educator with over 20 years of experience helping young learners thrive. I currently teach preschool in a small Missouri public school and have also taught Kindergarten, giving me a strong understanding of early childhood development.
Teaching style
I believe in nurturing the whole child through hands-on, developmentally appropriate learning. My classroom is filled with engaging activities that spark curiosity, build confidence, and support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
Awards & shining teacher moments
Throughout my teaching journey, some of my proudest moments have come from helping students overcome challenges and fall in love with learning—like the time a struggling reader discovered confidence and joy through books. Moments like these inspire everything I do.
As a LETRS-trained educator, I apply research-based practices to create low-prep, high-impact resources that reflect what works in real classrooms. From literacy and math to SEL and fine motor development, each activity is designed to save teachers time while supporting real student growth.
My own education history
I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Missouri Baptist University. I currently teach preschool at a small public school in Missouri and have also taught Kindergarten, which gives me a well-rounded understanding of early childhood development across multiple stages.
