Description

This foldable is designed to introduce or reinforce vocabulary associated with the Engineering Design Process: Assistive vs. Adaptive Technology and Intended Benefit vs. Unintended Consequence. The template can be used for students to take notes in or as a reflective assignment. On the inside of each flap, I have my students write a definition for the term and examples.

***************************************************************************
Just have students cut along the dotted lines to create a 4-inward flap foldable. No cutting around the outside edges necessary and no scraps of paper left behind! My students are trained to grab a template and cut/fold (which takes approximately 30 seconds) during bellwork. When completed, the foldable fits perfectly inside of a composition notebook!
