Envision Math Grade 5 Topic 7: Dividing Decimals includes student notes, teacher notes, a teacher created quiz and answer keys. These are not part of the Envision Math text. Without the text, they can still be used as a stand-alone unit if needed.

Topic 7 Lessons include:

• Dividing decimals by 10, 100, 1000
• Estimating decimal quotients
• Dividing by a whole number
• Dividing a whole number by a decimal
• Dividing a decimal by a decimal

This packet can be used for daily notes and content work, math journal inserts, small group work, absent student notes, testing re-dos, or whatever your math class needs for this topic! As of 2025, topics have been updated to update formatting, remove page numbers (to use with a variety of editions), and to update readability for ADA compliance and screen readers.

None of the problem solving lessons are included per topic, due to the fact that we teach problem solving through a different curriculum!
