Looking for an engaging review game for the end of your math unit? This Jeopardy game covers the topic of Envision Math Unit 8.
Instructional Purpose
For students to review/practice equivalent fractions.
How I Implement
1. Split students up into 4 teams (or more)
2. Every student must have a whiteboard and marker
3. Keep track of student groups and point totals.
4. Pick a random group to start - they can pick any category - if they get it right they earn the points, if not it goes to the next team
5. Pick a random student from the group to answer the question - this helps ensure that all students are doing the work.
6. There are some double jeopardy opportunities! This means the group will get double points for the question.
7. Add up the points at the end to see the winning team!
Students love this engaging way to review at the end of a unit!
