Equivalent fractions can be a challenging concept for 4th graders, but this math mystery kept my students engaged from start to finish! They were excited to solve each clue and stayed focused because they were eager to crack the case. The detective theme made practicing equivalent fractions feel like a game instead of a worksheet.
