Description

This is an adapted guide for the following parts of NYS ELA Module 1 Unit 2 on Esperanza Rising:

-Homework (in the form of a Reader Response journal with added vocabulary)

-Sample of Guided Notes for Lessons 1 & 2 Only (Remainder of lessons will be sold separately after they've been developed)

-Anchor Charts based on Common Core Standards (Theme, Key Scene, Character Analysis, Figurative Language, etc.)

-Spanish/English Dictionary (Added)

-I Can Checklists for Unit Targets

-Suggested Independent Reading based on Lexile Level

-Teacher Anecdotal Notes Form & Assessment Guide
