Description
Here’s some background on how I got so invested in the Eureka curriculum! In my district, kindergarten through second grade, implemented it this year. Well, I am a second grade teacher and I spent all summer and part of this school year, typing up lesson plans, preparing each lesson, learning the language (which is NOTHING like how we were taught) and dissecting my teacher manual, along with whatever resource I could find online. I wished the entire time, that this sort of resource was available to me and could alleviate a part of this huge undertaking for me. Well, fifth grade will be implementing this curriculum next school year. With going through the process, I decided to create, what I so badly wished someone had created for us! So, here it is, lesson plans that you can just copy and paste for admin! (We use Oncourse Systems for Education) and then get back to the real stuff of actually teaching it to our students. Each lesson takes up 2 slides. So, you can simply copy and paste into whatever lesson plan program you use for your district! I hope this helps you!
