This product is a google sheets that allows you to track student data in regards to exit ticket and assessments for 4th Grade Eureka Squared, modules 1 through 6. The tracker has a drop down that is color coded with the following options:

• Got it - student understands the concept
• Close - student has some of the concept but not all of it
• Not Yet - student doesn't understand the concept as yet
• Missing - student was at school but not in class when the exit ticket was given
• Absent - student was absent from school

The color coding allows you to quickly look to see which students need more support with which standards and allows for quick assembly of small groups. I use this with a 0-2 grading scale when I correct exit tickets before handing them back to students.

• 0 = Not Yet
• 1 = Close
• 2 = Got it

This product also allows for easily keeping track of notes from working with students in small group. If you right click on the students data from a certain exit ticket you can comment. I write comments about what we worked on and what student might need moving forward. Before this spreadsheet, I'd write my notes on a piece of paper or in a notebook and inevitably lose them at some point. This allows for all notes to be kept in one place with easy referral to what your students need.

It also includes a space to write notes after each lesson. How'd the lesson go, what misconceptions did you notice, how might you change it next time, etc. As well as a place at the end for notes on the student over the course of the module.

Can't fit in a lesson because of pacing? Easily select the column for the lesson you're planning to skip and hide it so as to keep data congruent. Can't remember what the actual standard reads? Hover over the standard for the lesson and you'll see the standard written out in the notes section.
