There are great ideas but very little instruction as to how the Warm-up and game forms should be instructed and executed.

Yes this was based as a summary and the games that i had in there were examples and again the assumption that people would modify the games mention, but again could have been better...and in saying this the reference to these games i didn't realise that it wasn't there, so my apologies ...
