These exit slips go along with EDM Version 4. I didn't like how the exit slips were blank. When I looked at them later, I couldn't remember what the question was or what the student was asked to do on the exit slip. So I typed the question and/or directions on each exit slip to make it easier to give students feedback at a later time. This also helps when sending the papers home. Parents know what the expectation was as well.
