Description

Problem Solving Task Cards! Help students learn how to identify a problem, prevent a problem, and solve a problem. Students must be explicitly taught to develop executive functioning skills. Use these task cards to help students practice their problem solving skills.

In the post-pandemic, everything-is-digital age, have you noticed students struggle even more with developing their executive functioning skills? It feels like every time we talk about a student in our RTI meetings, someone brings up a concern of working memory, processing skills, or lagging cognitive skills. After hearing this over and over, I knew something needed to be done. These intervention tasks can be used in a small group, one-on-one, or as a collaborative center with a partner.

Use them again and again to make thinking skills a priority in your classroom!
