This pack is great for using any plyometric, jump box, or exercise steps. Plyo boxes can be used for a total body workout with a focus on increase speed and power for sports.
This starter pack comes with 10 task cards. Each task card explains a total body exercise that can be performed with or without weights.
Each task card included the name of exercise, step-by-step pictures, a detailed explanation of how to perform the exercise, variations for different level participates, a graph of the muscles being used, and highlighted tips on posture and performance.
Can be used in any PE class for warm-up, fitness unit, cool down, indoor activity, limited space activity. Great for the fitness room!
