Exit Slips are a great way of checking students' understanding. This template includes a week's worth of exit slips. Keeping them all on one sheet allows teachers to see student progress and can also serve as a communication system with parents. I've included a student reflection component as well. This document is completely editable in Word so you can customize it to meet your needs.
