Description
This assessment is an experimental design task card set for upper level science students. It can be used with high school physics, chemistry, or biology classes. Independent and dependent variables, experimental design, and using a graph to discover the relationship between variables are all skills assessed in this activity. There is a Google Slide presentation that can be printed to use as traditional task cards AND a Google Forms document that can be used digitally and is self-grading. This is a perfect introductory group activity to get students discussing scientific experimentation among themselves.
This resource includes:
- No prep! Simply print and distribute.
- Can be used in multiple ways in the classroom.
- Can be a great substitute activity as a review of experimentation at any time in the school year.
Please download the preview to view a sample of the included pages.
