Easy step by step instructions for cooperative groups or individual project over Explorers, Spanish missions, and gold, gold, glory. Students use interactive notebook, completed worksheets, or research on their own to complete the project template. Once all 4 sections are completed by the student or group. Student(s) complete section 5 which allows them to select their own project. Projects range from children’s book to text message discussion to online websites.

Requires recall, research, and organization. Promotes discussion, creativity, individual choice and active participation among student groups.

Project sheet can be easily modified to update websites as needed. Websites listed were last checked for usability on 01/28/2014.
