Students independently answer multiple choice questions that compare exponential functions to exponential graphs. It also includes some with transformations.
I like to use clicker response systems with this type of activity. I do it often on All in Learning. You can also use plickers, or an online system where students answer on their phones so that you can see how many people get a question correct or not.
After each question I review how to get the correct answer based on how many students got the question correct or not.
