I use Google Forms on almost a daily basis.  I use them as Exit Tickets, checks for understanding, reviews and quizzes.  The students seem to take them more seriously than a worksheet or online homework because they can see a grade.  I would enter their grades in the grading system automatically, usually only 1 or 2 points - depending on the number of questions.  

The Google Form(s) included in this folder are editable, however, some of the questions or answers are images.  You can replace these images but you can’t directly change them.

PLEASE NOTE: If you purchase this resource, the Google Form will be installed on your Google Drive.  You will have to give TPT access to your drive so 

that it can be installed.  The message can seem off-putting.  TPT will only have permission to install this one Google Form on your drive, they will not be able to remove anything from your drive or install anything else.  

If your school district does not allow outside companies to install folders on your school drive, you can use your personal google drive and then transfer the files to your school account.
