Description
These 6th grade math F.A.S.T. Goal Setting / Data Tracking Sheet is perfect for students to set goals and to track their progress! This no prep resource would be great for your sixth graders to learn to take accountability for their learning. Students will love this visual tool to help them track their progress!
Included in this set:
- 1 black and white copy of the Florida Assessment for Student Thinking Tracking Sheet
- 1 color copy of the Florida Assessment for Student Thinking Tracking Sheet
I created this resource for students after seeing them not care about their FAST progress monitoring scores. I wanted to give them a resource to help them track their progress and set goals. I also kept a copy of each students sheet in my data binder, which helped me to remind students of their goals.
Some ideas for utilizing these!
- Print them for student notebooks or binders
- Print and use for teacher data binder
- Hold "data chats" with students before and after each P.M. session. Give students the opportunity to discuss their goals for each test and brainstorm ideas to help students successfully reach that goal.
- Use for student incentives! I have used these sheets to track learning gains from 5th to 6th grade. If students met their goal for learning gains / proficiency, they got a price!
