What others say

"This is a great resource for compiling data when using FAST, MAS, and/or QABF. This has helped streamline writing FBAs because all of the assessments are in one place and the graph auto populates. I love that it is set up for multiple responses as well!"

Description

Here’s an easy way to graph data after administering 3 common indirect assessments: the FAST, MAS-II, and QABF!

**Please note, this is designed to graph the MAS-II, which is the 51-question version of the rating scale (as opposed to the brief, 20-something question MAS).** You can easily find each of these questionnaires/rating scales online.

This spreadsheet features:

  • Tabs for each assessment (a couple each, for different target behaviors - you can duplicate tabs for as many behaviors as you’d like to assess)
  • Space to record the target behavior and scores for up to 3 respondents based on either:
    • the number of items circled yes per potential source of reinforcement (FAST)
    • total score per possible motivation to engage in behavior (MAS-II)
    • total score per possible source of reinforcement (QABF)
  • Automatically calculated average scores for the 1-3 respondents (as well as mean per respondent for the MAS)
  • Two simple, fully-formatted graphs that will automatically populate with your data: one with separate respondent scores, one with the average; the graphs can be easily screenshotted to include in your FBAs
  • Instructions on how to remove additional bars if you only want to display data from 1-2 respondents

Additional things to note:

To use this spreadsheet and these graphs, I DO recommend having a little experience with google sheets graphing. The formatting can get a little funky when you move around features like the legend.

Aside from all the features listed, the spreadsheet and graphs are fully customizable so you’re welcome to make edits as you wish.

Feel free to copy the spreadsheet for additional clients, however, if you know another provider who would like to use this sheet, please direct them to my store. Thank you!

If you would prefer to buy the spreadsheet + graph for just one assessment, here are the links:

I'm really excited about this! It is very easy to use and I'm really excited to use this in my future behavior assessments. It is very straightforward and I love the fact that it includes separate respondents and then the average as well. The graphs are automatically in APA format too which is great.
