The lesson is used to explain how a fraction represents part of a whole, and when something is broken up into a number of equal parts, the fraction shows how many of those parts you have.
The quiz is fully automated, and allows for a quick and easy assessment of understanding what a fraction is. Students answer questions naming different fractions. The teacher is able to see where the students went right or wrong and can adjust teaching accordingly.
