I love how simple and effective this exit ticket is. I love the rating and learning target section. I actually have edited it to be warm-ups instead (at least for now). I would pay for this if it were in Google Slides or Docs. I do hate Powerpoint. :)

Do your students surprise you with being more critical of themselves than you think they are? An exit pass like this is beneficial because it shows how seriously students take an assignment and the expectations they have set for themselves. I edited it abit to use for a mid-unit check. I wouldn't use this all the time because the novelty would wear off. But for larger project check-ins, it's nice.
