Attached is a simple, word created, two week homework checklist for students. This file is editable but keep in mind that you might not have all fonts that I used.

I used this in my third and fourth grade classrooms as an additional handout for students who wanted to improve their nightly study skills or for parents who were looking for a homework chart. I also used this as a positive reinforcer. If a student turned it in to me completed then I would offer them a day with no shoes!
