Description

To teach my kiddos about Figurative Language, I had to create a catchy song! OF COURSE! Follow my Instagram @livingmybesteacherlife to hear this tune. It is under my Figurative Language highlight. I like to draw on the song lyrics with students and make notes while learning it. Example: circling key words and drawing arrows. Hope you love it! (:

This was fun for my students- we couldn't find the tune for the original song so it gave us a chance to discuss how we would interpret the rhythm to turn it into a rap.
