Growth Mindset Activity
This one simple word has transformed my classroom--YET. Whenever a student says the 'can't' do something, my other students point to this sign to remind them to add 'yet' to the end of that sentence. By halfway through the year, students are automatically adding that to their sentences!
I simply printed this out and put in an IKEA frame and set it on a shelf. You could also just hang it to a wall or bulletin board!
