These Making Ten centers are an interactive and hands-on way to build your students' fact fluency! Use this engage resource as an independent center or partner work during your Math Workshop. Each printable game comes with a set of instructions and a reference poster to provide support for all of your learners. Your students will love these centers so much that they won't realize that they are learning. You'll LOVE them because they make planning your math block a breeze!
What is included -Making 10 Centers?
- Baking It Up! Students will roll a dice and determine how many more they need to add to make 10. Then, they will use a math manipulative or whiteboard marker to cover the number on the board.
- Cookie Jar Sorting: Students will place two paper jars in front of them. 'Equal to 10' and 'Not Equal to 10.' Students will solve the equations on the cookies and sort them into the correct jar.
- Reference Posters: Teachers can print these posters to differentiate and reinforce the math content.
