Description

Have fun learning math with this huge hit team-building activity! This is a cup stacking challenge where students can showcase their hand-eye coordination skills and practice their math concepts about representing numbers at the same time! You can also have students work on this individually and as a math center activity.

This free resource includes:

- 5 Cup Stack Challenge Cards

- Numbers 1-30 Labels

Here is what you need to do:

- Print out the Cup Stack Challenges (A to E)

- Print and cut out numbers 1-30

- Prepare 30 plastic cups

- Place each number on a cup using tape or any adhesive material

- Have a rubber band with strings attached (optional)

Group Activity:

- Have at most 5 groups of students with 2-6 members each

- Each group will be given a Cup Stack Challenge Card

- Each member will hold a string and communicate with group members to stack the numbered cups accordingly

- The first group to complete the challenge correctly, WINS!
