This was a great thinking task to begin my math class on St. Patrick's Day week! I did it on Friday (since St. Patrick's Day was on Saturday this year) and it was great seeing my students work together in random groups to challenge themselves. The conversations and strategies being used by different groups were great to see! Highly recommend using if you haven't already. I will be using this every year moving forward.
