Description

Telling Time Task Cards includes 24 printable task cards in both black and white and color, recording forms, answer keys, and QR code answers. Each task card displays an analog clock face to the nearest minute or 5 minutes. These task cards can be used with a variety of active engagement learning games for partners or teams, in math centers, or even with a whole-class review.

Common Core Math Standards

The task cards included in this game address two Common Core Standards at different grade levels. The first 12 task cards address the second grade standard 2.MD.7 which requires students to tell time to the nearest 5 minutes. The next 12 task cards target the third grade standard 3.MD.1 which requires students to tell time to the nearest minute. The cards can also be used with 4th and 5th grade students as a review.
