FREE Three Reads Math Protocol Graphic Organizer - Math Word Problem Strategy
Share

Description

This Three Reads Math Graphic Organizer is meant to be used with math word problems. Students will use this in conjunction with a word problem. They will read the word problem three times, finding the following information each time:

1. What is the problem about?

2. What important information do we get from the problem?

3. What is the question asking us to find?

I like to put this graphic organizer in a page protector and have students use it over and over again on word problems.

NOTE: I understand that different teaching approaches may require variations. I value your feedback and encourage you to share any ideas that help your students learn. Your input is highly appreciated, and I am committed to continuously improving my resources. Please send me an email at justintimeteachingtpt@gmail.com with any suggestions. Together let's create an optimal learning experience!
