The FREE Weekly Grade Check-in is a great tool to use as part of your weekly routine. Students log the date, their grade average, and any assignments missing. If they have fallen below a 70, they can fill out the "Plan for Success" sheet as accountability and acknowledgement of their grade average below passing.

This makes it easier on you as the teacher to have accountability and communication covered when it comes to student grades!
