This behavior chart is a simple yet effective visual to monitor student behavior during small group instruction, speech therapy, etc.
At the top of the page, there are three visuals depicting the behavior rules (i.e., Sit down, Listen, Work Hard). It can be used with up to 6 student.
It can be used:
1. As a hard copy: Print the behavior chart, laminate (or insert into a sheet protector), and use dry-erase markers to write in student names and give check-marks throughout the session to monitor behavior.
2. Digitally: Type in student names. Add check marks/smiley face/etc., throughout the session to monitor behavior.
