With the new FSA testing, our county is having trouble coming up with ways to assess our standards. I am having a hard time determining where to go once I finish all of my standards. I designed this benchmark to help me determine what to review with my students. Each item is labeled by the standard so you can easily see what students are missing. There are two benchmarks, they are mostly the same benchmark written two different ways. Each are written to the FSA item specifications, however one has open responses, multiple choice and multi-select responses and the other is all multiple choice or multi-select responses. It is a comprehensive math assessment, including every standard. It is broke down the same as FSA with 21% being Operations and Algebraic Thinking, another 21% is Number and Operations in Base Ten, 25% is Numbers and Operations-Fractions and 33% is Measurement, Data and Geometry. There are 66 questions in all, 10-20% are level 1, 60-80% are Level 2 and 10-20% are level 3. I hope this is helpful to you.
