Included are 6 sets of comprehension questions to go with the fables "The Ant and the Grasshopper," "The Lion & the Mouse," "The Fox and the Grapes," "The Boy Who Cried Wolf," "The Tortoise and the Hare," and "The Crow and the Pitcher."
(I used these for an end of unit project. Students worked in small groups and assigned a different fable to read, answer comprehension questions, and write BME. They used their information to create a comic strip for their fable.)
