Students will work in pairs to simplify polynomials to their factored form. Each student will get their own sheet. They will then work through a collection of factors that could be for their sheet or their partners to try and find the ones that match. While they are working in pairs each student has their own 5 questions to answer, so you will know each student is doing some of the work rather than one student doing everything.

Notes On Activity:

This can be used as a cut and paste activity for the entire class or you can print out one version on cards stock and laminate for centers/ extra time activities. Have the students just place the cards with the polynomials without gluing.
