Factor Tree Introduction Worksheet
Share

Description

A factor tree is a great way to teach students how to find the prime factors of a number given. This worksheet is a visual of a real tree with the factors shown as an example. There are four practice problems included. Students in 4th and 5th grade would find this introductory worksheet valuable. This is a math activity and could be used with more advanced 3rd graders or as remedial for those students above 5th grade. For 4th grade, the CC standard would be: 4.0 #4
