This is a 4-part review worksheet or assessment for factors, multiples, equivalent fractions, and simplest form. In part 1, students answer 4 open-ended questions. Part 2 has 4 true or false statements, followed by the third part with 4 multiple choice questions. Part 4 has 3 sets of matching boxes, where students match multiples, equivalent fractions, and then definitions. Students will demonstrate their understanding of least common multiples, greatest common factors, prime vs composite numbers, making equivalent fractions, and simplifying fractions. With the 4 different sections and a total of 15 questions, it will keep students’ interest.
