All passages have simple sight words and decodable words with digraphs and blends. There are 4-5 sentences per story. They are perfect for beginning and struggling readers!

Each page has 4 multiple choice questions and 1 short answer question. Students can practice finding evidence in the text by highlighting the sentence that supports their answer. A space to illustrate the story is also provided, which helps to show comprehension for students who have difficulty with the questions.
