Do your students need practice with beginning sounds? This pack provides cut and paste practice while listening for the correct beginning sound for each fall picture.
This 4 page packet includes one page for September, one page for November, and two pages for October. Each page has 6 black and white pictures with a blank box under each picture. At the bottom of each page, the letters needed for the beginning sound of each picture are shown.
The September page has the following pictures: scissors, bookbag, pencil, crayon, bus, and desk for the beginning sounds/s/, /b/, /p/, /c/, /b/, and /d/.
The November page has the following pictures: pilgrim, pie, Mayflower, corn, turkey, and hat for the beginning sounds /p/, /p/, /M/, /c/, /t/, and /h/.
The 2 October pages have the following pictures:
first page: leaf, bat, pumpkin, spider, candy, and web for the beginning sounds /l/, /b/, /p/, /s/, /c/, and /w/ ;
second page: candy corn, ghost, jack-o’-lantern, witch, hat, and cat for the beginning sounds /c/,/g/, /j/, /w/, /h/, and /c/.
Students cut and glue the correct beginning sounds from the bottom of each page and glue under each picture.
