Description

This lesson works on inferencing and problem solving skills related to autumn. These are all real pictures I took. There are 20 pictures which each have a description and two questions about the picture requiring students to inference and problem solve.

Most of the pictures deal with fall and the leaves changing, pumpkins, apples or football. There is one picture that focuses more on Halloween and another picture that is decorating a Christmas tree. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out!

This is a static PDF and can be printed, but I suggest using it on a computer, iPad or Smartboard to save ink. You can have students provide verbal responses or write their responses. Apps such as iBooks or Notability allow you to annotate the resource. You can also use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on the computer.

This lesson can be printed or it can be used as a no print resource. There is a TpT Digital Activity made if you are interested in using it or the Google Slides™ version is also included to make this easier to use online or for teletherapy.

If you are interested in a more interactive version of this activity, I created a Boom Card™ version. The Boom Cards™ are not included in this product.
