getfreaky2021 Fall-themed sentence-building packet for your kindergarten and first graders. Use these activities to reinforce the concept of complete sentences. This packet uses pre-primer Dolch words and simple seasonal thematic words. Activities can be used for small group, large group, and center activities. Students manipulate the word cards to create many sentences that progress from simple to more complex detailed sentences. Also, they may cut and paste to re-create prescribed sentences.

There are several levels and formats of sentence-building included.

There are directions for use, including how to use the packet for Teacher-directed/open-ended sentence building and cut and paste/worksheet format.

Common Core Standards: K.L.1.f: Produce and expand complete sentences in shared language activities.

For no extra cost I have included 14 coordinating picture sheets for your students to use to build their sentences in a center format.
