Description
Want an engaging fall-themed activity for your students to practice adding and subtracting decimals? This Low Prep Adding and Subtracting Decimals Task Card Riddle Scavenger Hunt is perfect for getting students up and moving around the room during independent work time, small groups, or whole group activities. Students will solve 26 computation and word problems adding and subtracting decimals, and as they answer they will reveal the answer to the riddle.
How does it work? Students will solve the math problems on the bottom of the task card, write the letter in the box with their work on their answer sheet, and then search for their answer on the top of another card around the room. When they make it back to their first card they are done, and then can use the letters in the order they solved to answer the riddle.
