Elementary students love to learn about famous inventors. Through this project teachers are integrating reading skills into science/social studies instruction.

The purpose of this activity is to combined creativity with interesting topics to promote engagement.

The students are using research skills, reading skills, comprehension skills, writing skills and grammar skills while gaining background knowledge.

This is a great project to use after state testing or with a sub.
