This fraction activity can be used to help differentiate

instruction in your classroom. There are two sets of

fraction block master sheets.

This set of fraction blocks is designed to have students

count the squares and use them to compare the fraction

blocks. Students can find equivalent fractions a bit easier

using this model.

The second set doesn’t include squares on each block.

Students are expected to visualize and compare fractions

without actual numbers. This can help students develop

a better conceptual understanding of fractions.
