Hey babe! You can use a token system with one or more kiddos in your classroom or one-on-one sessions with them. These help to promote positive reinforcement and positive behaviors with the child/children you are working with. These visuals can work in almost any classroom or learning setting.

The kiddo would get to choose a reinforcer or highly motivating activity and as they get their work done the teacher/RBT would reward them with a token. Once they complete all of their tokens, they would get their reinforcer. With this printable token board you get the option for 3, 5, or 10 tokens and just add some velcro and you are ready to start! With kiddos who are new to using these we recommend starting with 3 tokens as it will be easier for them to grasp the concept quickly and remain motivated through out.

These will be great for classroom teachers or RBT's working on their kiddos maladaptive behaviors.
